How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and follow the checkout instructions. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I cancel my order?
We urge customers to take their time during checkout to ensure the accuracy of order, name, and shipping information is correct. Orders that does not have the same billing and shipping information is subject to be automatically cancelled. This is an exception to our policy, All Sales are Final.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) Apple Pay, and Google Pay
When should I expect to receive confirmation or order?
Once your order has been confirmed, you should receive an email with your order number to inform you that we have received your order.
Why was my order automatically cancelled?
In most cases, this is typically due to high risk measures. Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is the same to help avoid a cancellation of order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) with the exceptions of holidays. The first day should be considered the business day after the date in which you placed your order. Once the order is shipped, the carriers delivery time can be between 2 to 5 business days with the exception of holidays. Shipping times vary based on your location. You will be provided with shipping options at checkout for accepted domestic orders only.
How to Estimate Date of Delivery:
Processing Time: Does not include weekends. Orders received by 8AM (Monday-Friday) has high potential to be processed same day but the following business day should be calculated as the 1st day for an order start being processed. Business days are considered Monday-Friday with the exceptions of holidays.

USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days)
Priority Mail (1-3 days)
What shipping options are available?
The current available shipping options are USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Once you have applied your shipping information, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method and see the cost differentials.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you should receive an emailed tracking number. You can use your tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website. You can use the following link to track your shipment:
What happens and if my order is undeliverable?
If your order tracking is noted undeliverable by selected carrier (including USPS Ground Advantange and USPS Priority Mail , UPS) and returned back to sender, the order will be cancelled once received and processed. Desired Styles, LLC will not be responsible for the shipping cost. The customer will be charged for the shipping fees for the order. The shipping cost will be non-refundable.
Can I change my shipping address?
No, unfortunately we will not change your address to a different address . This is to help protect our valuable customers. Please be careful entering your shipping information due to Desired Styles, LLC will not be responsible for orders not received if the tracking information confirms that the package was delivered.
What should I do if my tracking information shows delivered but I did not receive the delivery of my order?
We are sorry that you are experiencing issues with locating your package. You can contact the carrier to file Domestic Claims. Desired Styles, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You can email support@desiredstyles.com and we will be happy to assist you with filing a claim through the carrier or answering questions pertaining to your order.
What should I do if my mail is delayed or yet to be delivered?
If your mailed order has not been delivered after receiving a confirmation of order and tracking number, first please check USPS Tracking® . You can select to File a Claim directly through USPS if the order has been delayed 7 days or more. Please email support@desiredstyles.com if you need additional assistance.
What should I do if my package was damaged or opened with missing items.
You can select to File a Claim of any insured package.
Can I apply multiple discounts codes to my order?
Only one active discount code can be applied to each order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Desired Styles, LLC reserves the right to refuse any request for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Do you offer wholesale options?
Unfortunately, not at this time. Please subscribe to receive newsletters, promotional offers, and discounts.
